Host Active Window Tracking

Window tracking automatically moves the remote's view to any currently active window on the host PC. For example, an error message may appear on the host out of the remote's viewing area, causing the session to appear locked. Tracking the host active window automatically moves the remote user to this error message allowing the remote user to cancel the error message and close the window.

This option can be switched on or off during a session.

To track the host active window:

  1. Click the online options button on the online toolbar.

  2. Check Host active window tracking.
